No. You can specify the same address in both fields. All funds will be transferred to the wallet you specified. We do not store logs, all the necessary information for processing transactions is deleted immediately after the completion of work and confirmation of the transaction or upon expiration of the address lifetime for unfulfilled requests. For your peace of mind, we always provide you with such a letter and sign it with a PGP signature. The guarantee letter is the only proof of our obligations. Please always save the guarantee letter before sending us your coins.
Don't worry, everything is fine, the system works automatically, you will definitely receive your money. To track confirmations, you can use any Bitcoin block explorer, for example, blockchain.info. Enter the address information from the guarantee letter there and track transactions yourself.
